TRUST FOR ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES

Parents of children with mental illness, developmental disabilities, significant learning disabilities and physical disabilities have countless fears and concerns. One of their greatest worries is who will look out for the adult child’s well being when the parents are no longer there to advocate for him or her? The Combined Jewish Philanthropies (CJP) and Jewish Family & Children’s Service (JF&CS) of Greater Boston now offer the CJP Community Trust. The CJP Community Trust allows families to make a financial investment that ensures personal advocacy services for adults with disabilities without affecting eligibility for government entitlements or benefits.
