FREE TELEPHONE EQUIPMENT FOR THE DISABLED

The CRC has applications for Bell Atlantic’s Specialized Telephone Equipment Program. If one of your patients is deaf, hard of hearing, blind, or has a vision, speech or mobility impairment, they may be eligible for free assistive telephone equipment. People with incomes up to $50,000/year are eligible for the program. The equipment offered includes TTY’s, amplifiers, light signalers, hands-free phones, big button telephones and much, much more.
