The ABCD Fuel Assistance Program is offering a one-time oil discount for residents of Boston, Brookline or Newton. Those who heat with oil may purchase 100 to 150 gallons of oil at 40 cents/gallon. Those interested should have half a tank or less left in their oil tank, be willing to use the oil provider ABCD sends and pay the oil provider up front when the oil is delivered.
