One-stop-shopping for low-cost housing? The Metrolist is a program of the Boston Fair Housing Commission located in the Boston City Hall, Room 966. English and Spanish speaking clients may also call (617-635-3321 or 3290) and take advantage of:

• Listings of federal and state subsidized housing.
• Informational lists of the Public Housing Authorities (HA) within the Metrolist geographic area. These lists indicate the subsidized housing programs offered by each HA, their tenant selection priorities, and their waiting list status.
• Lists of shelters and placement centers located throughout Mass.
• Information about affordable homeownership opportunities provided by public and public/private groups.

• Referrals to local non-profit agencies which maintain Metro-listings and provide in-depth housing counseling.
