You can finally print an organized, compact list of programs from IRis instead of having to print each program separately. Search for programs in the usual fashion. When you get to the MATCHING PROGRAMS window, do not click on any program. Instead, click the PRINT LIST button located at the bottom of the window next to the EXPAND/CONTRACT SEARCH AREA button. It then gives you the choices of a list with 1. The name, address and phone number only, 2. The above information plus basic details (no Narrative), or 3. The full record taking up the entire page (this saves you from having to click on each program for this information). Once you make your selection and click OK twice . . . PRESTO! You have one list of all the programs in your search.
