GBIO Nursing Home Bill of Rights
The Greater Boston Interfaith Organization (GBIO) is a coalition of 80 religious congregations and community organizations “working together to promote the common good.” One of their current campaigns is to highlight the working conditions of health aides in nursing homes and the interests they have in common with nursing home residents. Attached to this newsletter is a copy of their recently released “Resident and Care Worker Bill of Rights”. This effort has recently earned the support of Attorney General Thomas Riley.
