Applications for Disabled Children’s Relief Fund (DCRF) grants will be accepted beginning April 1, through September 30, 2006. The grant applications may be used for requesting assistive devices, equipment, prostheses, and rehabilitative services for children ages 0-18 throughout the United States. Most grants awarded range between $25 and $200. Although there are no restrictions on the type of eligible disabilities, DCRF focuses special attention on helping children that do not have health insurance, especially the physically disabled.
