PRESCRIPTION ADVANTAGE: 2007 RATE SCHEDULE

The 2007 Prescription Advantage premium and co-pay and enrollment fee rates have been released. See the attached rate schedule guides. One guide is for those eligible for Medicare, and the other is for those not eligible for Medicare. Note that the term “Creditable Coverage” used in the guide refers to sources of coverage other than Medicare Part D that, if one later joins Medicare D, would enable one to join without a late enrollment penalty.
