Medicare D Open Enrollment & Drug Plan Finder Tip Sheet

As you know, open enrollment for Medicare Part D began November 15 and ends December 31. Beneficiaries can enroll in a Part D plan by visiting the Medicare's website at www.medicare.gov and clicking on Prescription Drug Plan on the left hand side, and then on Medicare Prescription Drug Plan Finder. The purpose of the Plan Finder is to allow beneficiaries to select a plan based on their unique prescription drug needs. Medicare has developed a tip sheet which discusses important points to consider when using the Plan Finder.
