Affordable Assisted Living

The VNA of Eastern Mass owns and operates two assisted living facilities in Somerville that boast over 75% affordable units. Both programs accept residents as young as 50 years of age and report a significant number of younger residents. Both facilities work with/accept SCOs, GAFC subsidy and PACE programs.

VNA Senior Living Community
This site opened in January 2009. All units are one bedroom apartments with handicapped adaptable bathrooms, kitchens and separate living rooms. The complex includes 72 affordable apartments serving seniors at or below 60 percent of area median income and 27 market-rate units.
