Program Highlight: Treatment Solutions Network

 

Treatment Solutions Network (TSN) is a network of over 25 substance abuse and mental health treatment providers throughout the country, whose mission is to find the right care for those who need help with a drug or alcohol addiction problem. They are not owned or operated by a treatment center. They “place people in the care they need, not just what is available in their area.” TSN can help patients/families find detox, inpatient, outpatient, and long-term care programs. They also assist the client in finding a safe, structured living environment as part of his or her aftercare plan.

Treatment Solutions Network's consultants help families decide if their loved one is ready for treatment and help them through this difficult process. They can facilitate interventions, design treatment strategies, and arrange aftercare programs. TSN also arranges all travel during the treatment process. They can arrange flights and local travel to and from the airport. Upon arrival, their travel coordinator will be waiting and will take the client directly to the treatment facility.

TSN “treatment consultants” can help professionals by doing the legwork of contacting facilities for bed availability and insurance coverage from their network of facilities. The treatment consultant will contact respond with a plan of action, usually within an hour.  In addition, Treatment Solutions Network has a client advocate on staff who will act as a liaison between the referring professional, the client and the treatment provider.  This like all of their services, are provided at no cost.
