2011 Commonwealth Care Open Enrollment Period

 

At the end of May, Commonwealth Care members will receive their 2011 Commonwealth Care Open Enrollment information packets. During Open Enrollment, members can change their health plan for any reason.  

This year, Commonwealth Care members can make a health plan change from June 1 st - June 24 th.

The Open Enrollment packets will contain custom information about their available health plan options. Information on available health plan options is based on income and where members live.

Important things to know about 2011 Commonwealth Care health plan options:

• Monthly premiums may be increasing or decreasing.
• The providers that are available from each health plans network may be changing.
• Benefits and copays will be the same, no matter which health plan a member chooses.
• All health plan changes take effect July 1, 2011.
