Short-Term Apartment Rentals

Partners International leases several apartments for use by international patients receiving care at Partners HealthCare faciliites.  Due to some periods of extended vacancy they have decided to open them to use by Partners' domestic patients/families during periods that they are typically underused, generally fall/winter. 

There are about 5 units at Emerson place (the others are in the Longwood medical area).  They are furnished, with cable, phone and utilities included.  Average cost approximately $130/night for short or medium-term rental. 

The units are managed through "Concierge Services for Students".
