The ABCD Fuel Assistance Program is currently in the process of recertifying participants who were eligible for the program last year. New applicants may begin applying for assis-tance beginning November 1, 2002. Those who qualify are eligible for having up to $545 of their fuel bill paid by ABCD. The program begins November 1, 2002 and will end April 30, 2003. The following chart indicates eligibility guidelines for 2002-2003.
