The CRC has compiled lists of online 411 Resources & Search Tips, and frequently used phone numbers that are listed in IRis. The list of 411 Resources includes 10 online residential and business directories that we have found to be most helpful and easy to use, and tips on how to effectively search these websites.

The list of frequently used numbers listed in IRis reminds you that contact information for DMH, DMR, DSS, Housing Authorities, ASAPs, Legal Service Programs, among others, can easily be found in IRis. It includes the keywords these programs are listed under and directions on how to search for a program alphabetically.

When searching for long distance directory assistance, please note that all SW phones have long distance access and certain designated phones on patient floors do as well. From these phones you can call (area code) 555-1212 for long distance directory assistance.
