EMERGENCY FOOD PACKAGES

Emergency Food Packages now available for eligible patients! The Social Service Department, with help from the Department of Nutrition and Food Services is now providing a supply of easy to prepare, nutritious, familiar and tasty foods - enough for 6-8 meals - for financially needy inpatients who are being discharged with no access to food. Social workers make the decision about eligibility, but need to complete the form (available on Big 10 and FH2 and under  Department Forms), so that the department can track usage.
