To Create a Desktop Shortcut to the Guardianship Database

  1. Open "My Computer" (on desktop)

  2. Go to "Sfa on 'Sfa7' (I:)" and double-click to open
    If for some reason you don't have access to this drive, contact Charles Reeves (dept. computer analyst).

  3. Go to "SS" folder and double-click to open

  4. Go to "SSGuardian.mdb" (Careful there are several with similar names!)

  5. Right click

  6. DO NOT select "Create Shortcut"; instead select "Send to" - a drop-down menu will appear

  7. Select "Desktop- (create shortcut)"
