NEW AFFORDABLE ASSISTED LIVING IN REVERE

Prospect House is a new Assisted Living program scheduled to open between 4/1 and 4/15 this year. It has 110 apartments, 70% of which are designated as "affordable" meaning they will participate in the Medicaid/SSI Group Adult Foster Care subsidy program. Rents for these units begin at $1,950 a month for a studio and $2,100 for a one-bedroom. Staff at Prospect house will help potential residents determine medical and financial eligibility and to apply.
