Children Requiring Assistance (CRA) (formerly CHINS)
In November 2012, a Massachusetts law entitled an Act Regarding Families and Children Engaged in Services (FACES) replaced Children in Need of Services (CHINS) cases with Child Requiring Assistance (CRA) cases.
