The internet is also a great way to find instructions for most things you need to do on the computer.   Just "Google" your question!
3. Get a Mentor - The Department has offfered computer "buddies" upon request in the past. Ask your clinical director/manager if this is still being offered.

• Changing Your Password
  • Partners passwords expire every 90 days. You will be notified via e-mail when your password is approaching expiration which will contain a link to MYProfile, or you can find it anytime on the Partners login dialogue box or at https://myprofile.partners.org/.
  • MGH uses a Password Self-Service system called MYProfile. MYProfile leads employees through a few prompts to create (or change) their Partners passwords.  
  • The Partners password must be at least eight characters and contain at least one alpha and one numeric character. For a list of frequently asked questions, visit http://helpdesk.partners.org/passwordselfservice.htm.  For specific questions about the new system, please call the Help Desk at (617) 726-5085.
