Community Servings
An organization that delivers free nutritious meals to individuals and families with acute life-threatening illnesses in the greater Boston area. This program began in 1990 for those living with HIV/AIDS, but in June of 2004, was expanded to include individuals and families struggling with any type of acute life-threatening illness, such as cancer, multiple sclerosis, Lou Gehrig’s disease and lupus.

Emergency Food Packs
The Department of Clinical Social Work, in collaboratoin with the Department of Nutrition and Food Services, can provide a supply of easy to prepare, nutritious, familiar and tasty foods - enough for 6-8 meals - for patients in need with no immediate access to food. (Accepts referrals from Department of Clinical Social Work staff/students.)

Cambridge Residents only:
Food for Free
Delivers food to low-income Cambridge residents who, because of a disability or impairment, are unable to use Food Pantry programs.
MGB MassHealth ACO Members
Members of the MGB MassHealth ACO who are homeless or at risk of homelessness AND meet certain high-risk medical criteria may qualify for housing advocacy assistance through the MGB ACO Flexible Services program.
Cancer Patients- Cape Cod area
Cape Wellness Collaborative - Wellness Eats program. medically tailored meals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- You must be a resident of Barnstable, Nantucket or Duke's Counties
- You have received a cancer diagnosis within the last 12 months
- You have had positive genetic testing results for inherited cancer risk and are undergoing prophylactic surgery such as mastectomy and or oophorectomy
To be eligible for our 6-week Wellness Eats program, you must meet the following additional criteria:
- You are currently receiving active cancer treatment (i.e. chemotherapy and/or radiation treatment) and/or are less than 1 month post cancer related surgery.
- You have no known dietary allergies or food aversions

Breast or Thyroid Cancer Patients (limited geographic area):
Magnolia Meals at Home
Participants will receive up to two months of home meal deliveries, each of which will include ten meals that are designed to help meet the nutritional needs of people living with breast or thyroid cancer, and up to ten additional meals for their family members, if requested by the participant. There are no financial need requirements.
The program is currently available in and around Boston and Andover MA,areas in New York, and New Hampshire Woodcliff Lake, NJ, and Raleigh-Durham, NC
