- MassHealth issued a statement saying in part "We want to expressly emphasize that these federal changes have not changed MassHealth's commitment to providing all medically necessary MassHealth services to LGBTQ individuals who are MassHealth members, including transgender members.... We want to reiterate that various other state laws and regulations, as well as MassHealth managed care contracts, continue to prohibit discrimination in health care for the LGBTQ community and require meaningful language access for MassHealth members."

- Boston Alliance of Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Queer Youth (BAGLY) - youth-led LGBTQ+ drop-in space that provides social support
- Host Home Program - provides safe temporary housing to LGBTQ+ youth (ages 18-24) experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. Host homes are offered for up to 6 months. More information.
- BAGLY center Court Square, offering services such as health screenings, job training, and housing programs for those at risk of living alone on the street.
- JRI Health- Boston Gay & Lesbian Adolescent Social Services (GLASS) Community Center- provides counseling, advocacy and referrals for health care services and housing to LGBTQ+ young people ages 13-25 - MGH Community News, March 2013
- The Trevor Project- crisis intervention and suicide prevention services for LGBTQ+ people ages 13-24.
